Hello! My name is Dr. Donald MacMullin D.C. I am a US Army Veteran and served 3.5 years as an Infantryman with a deployment to Afghanistan. After the military, I served as a Police Officer (Patrolman) for 5 years in New Mexico and Utah. Family time became a priority to me, and I made a career change. I received my undergraduate education in Kinesiology while working as a Police Officer at the University of Utah, then graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2021. I have had the privilege to work under some outstanding Chiropractors throughout Texas to hone my skills to bring you the greatest care in the industry. I’m so proud to be here at the Hulen Chiropractic Clinic, to continue the tradition of providing superior Chiropractic care for the Fort Worth and surrounding areas! If you really want to get me talking, you can catch my attention with college or high school football. I also enjoy hunting and fishing, so I’d love to hear about your ventures. ​​​​​Dr. Abi graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in March 2020. During school, she met her husband, was the President of the Pediatric Club, and was an active member of many other clubs. She is currently Webster certified and a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Dr. Abi had the privilege of going on two chiropractic mission trips to both Ghana and India. On these trips, she spent many long hours teaching, learning, and adjusting.

Dr. Abi grew up in a small town in Northern Alberta, Canada. She was active in many sports. As a young girl she played soccer and participated in gymnastics. In high school she played volleyball, football, basketball, and ran track. She currently enjoys playing softball, rock climbing, and running. Before moving to California for chiropractic school, she completed her undergraduate degree in nursing and worked in a hospital. During her nursing career she found her passion for prenatal care as she witnessed many babies being born.

Dr. Abi is now a mom to three boys, and one baby girl. Her passion for working with mommas and babies has grown over the years, especially after experiencing first-hand the power chiropractic has during pregnancy and labor, and she cannot wait to meet you and your littles. Dr. Abi is also the Owner of our sister clinic, Life Within Chiropractic.

​​​​​Embarking on my chiropractic journey in the autumn of 2016 coincided with my tenure as a law school student, employed by a personal injury law firm. While I had encountered chiropractors on a few occasions, my understanding of chiropractic care was limited to merely "bone cracking." Delving deeper into the principles and practices of chiropractic, I soon discovered the exceptional nature of the care provided by these professionals.

The revelation dawned upon me during my inaugural chiropractic adjustment, an experience that left an indelible impact both physically and psychologically. Witnessing my chiropractor's unique and skillful approach to healing, I was astonished by the immediate and profound shift it induced in my overall well-being.


Having discerned the need for a transformative shift in my educational trajectory, I took a decisive step in the fall of 2016, opting to withdraw from law school and embark on a new journey within the realm of chiropractic care. Embracing this resolute choice, I was privileged to secure admission into Southern California University of Health Sciences, situated in Whittier, CA, to commence my pursuit of chiropractic studies.


After dedicating two years to this program, I came to the realization that my aspirations in chiropractic extended beyond the scope of what was SCUHS provided.Through the process of soul-searching and informed inquiry, I ultimately determined that my optimal pathway toward a fulfilling future in chiropractic would lead me to Life Chiropractic College West, located in Hayward, CA. The decision was made, and in September of 2018, I gratefully accepted an offer of admission, thereby commencing a transformative relocation from Los Angeles to the dynamic and vibrant East Bay Area of California, where my new academic chapter would unfold.



It is with great pleasure that I am able to announce that as of December 2020, I am now a graduate of Life Chiropractic College West with my degree in Doctor of Chiropractic.
